The House of Safari Ecstasy

A small operator with deep roots in the Tanzanian wild. Founded in 2025 by guides who'd already spent decades on this ground — the same expert guides, the same lodges we'd send our own families to.

Our Story

Born in Arusha.
Raised by the wild.

Safari Ecstasy was founded in Moshono, Arusha in 2025 by Tanzanian guides and travel designers who had spent years watching large operators handle Africa's greatest wilderness as a product on a shelf. They believed something different was possible — journeys designed around the traveller, not the booking system.

We're a new company, but not new to this ground: the same tight circle runs the business from the same Arusha office, guided by one principle — the best safari is the one designed for exactly who you are and exactly when you're going.

Our vehicles are owned, not hired. Our lodges are hand-selected and revisited every season. Every team member has stood at Uhuru Peak, driven the Serengeti at dawn, and watched the tide turn at Nungwi. We don't recommend what we haven't lived.

What we believe

"The wild does not wait for the right moment. It creates it. Our job is to put you exactly there."

— Safari Ecstasy Founders, Moshono, Arusha

What we do best

Three landscapes. One team.

Safari Excellence

Safari Excellence

Wildlife guides with a minimum ten years in Tanzania's northern circuit. They read the bush, track behaviour, and turn every game drive into a masterclass.

Kilimanjaro Mastery

Kilimanjaro Mastery

All six routes, rescue-certified teams, supplementary oxygen on every climb. Our summit success rate is above the national average because we never rush acclimatisation.

Zanzibar Intimacy

Zanzibar Intimacy

The best reef dive sites by season, the quiet corners of Stone Town, the spice farms worth visiting — and the hotels that actually match their photographs.

Our Impact

Travel that tilts
the scales.

For every traveller, we plant three indigenous trees in the Kilimanjaro region. For every climb, a KPAP-certified wage. For every safari, a contribution to the Serengeti De-Snaring Programme. Conservation is built into the price — not added on top of it.

If we think your chosen route is wrong for the season, we'll say so. Every time.

Built-in conservation

Three trees per traveller. De-snaring contribution per safari. Part of every booking.
